Registration Details

To register for the AINT'2000 workshop, please print off this registration form, complete and return to Dr. Alex Yakovlev.

Some limited financial support may be available for participants from economically-disadvantaged areas of IEEE Region 8 who are IEEE members. This includes all the countries of the Former Soviet Union and some other Eastern and Central European countires. Anyone wishing to apply for such support is invited to contact the organisers of AINT'2000 as soon as possible.

Insurance

While the workshop organisation makes every effort in order to ensure the safety and well being of the Workshop participants and associates, the Workshop cannot take responsibility for any accident or damage that may occur during the Workshop.

Accomodation

There are plenty of hotels in Delft, with a good range of facilities and prices. The organising committee has previously stayed at, and had good experiance of the `Hotel Juliana' (M. Trompstraat 33) as `***' accomodation, and `Best Western Delft Museumhotel and Residence' (Oude Delft 189) as `****' accomodation. Other hotels are listed in the links below. Some participants may like to stay in The Hague, Rotterdam or even Amsterdam and travel by train and/or tram to Delft each day.

Wherever you decide to stay we suggest you book early as July is a busy tourist period for Delft.

Travel

The nearest airport to Delft is Amsterdam Schiphol. From the airport, Delft is a simple train journey. The timetables are available here. The train station at Schiphol is within the main airport building, the journey takes roughly 50 minutes, and at Delft the train station is about a 15 minute walk from the University.
